That is the poem that I wrote about my basketball team for a school assignment.  I hope you enjoy it.

My Basketball Team: The Rebels

My basketball team is called the Rebels.  My coach is Charley.  We play every Friday at the Sportsplex.  Some of the people on my team are: Me (Karsten), Braxton, Ben, Davis, Cameron, Tyrell, Nolan, and a few other people. Our uniforms are pretty tight!! They say Rebels in cursive on the front.  They are black, red, and white. We practice once a week on Wednesday nights. Sometimes we practice on other nights too.

Bloody Nose

       Last night when I was playing basketball with some friends, I went for the rebound, and the ball came down and hit me in the nose.  My nose was GUSHING blood.  It was all over my body.  I felt really light-headed.  And that was how I got all bloody last night.
